I want to buy my husband a Carp Barrow for his birthday. Which one should I get?

I have been looking a the Carp-Porter Fat boy, Fat-boy low loader and the Mark 2. Also a barrow by Daiwa. It needs to be easy to fold up, take the wheel of and not too heavy.
