What can I do I have a good friend who is fifteen years older than me (I am twenty eight)?

What can I do I am a female and I am living with my Dad. I have a good friend who is fifteen years older than me (I am twenty eight) and he has never done any thing bad only good things for me. I just broke up with my boyfriend and this guy holds on to this dream that I will become something more than just a friend as long as he holds out. Sometimes it gets spooky. He is a border at our house and here’s an example, this morning he got up early before going to work went to Dunkin Donuts bought me a breakfast bagel and an ice tea and wanted to sit there and watch me eat. He said he wanted to watch me enjoy it. I told him I still had time to sleep and would eat it later and that bummed him. What should I do?
