What would be causing a missfire in a 1996 ford falcon XG?

my 1996 ford falcon XG longreach ute, 4.0 ltr 6 cyl is missfireing, iv done a full service on it, the only thing i havnt done is changed the spark leads and the fuel filter, does any one know what could be causing it?
