What happened to the Muslim world?

nope arabia was always the backwater. nothing has come out of there other than wahabbism. all the great discoveries were done in places like baghdad by persian scholars or cordoba. many of that knowledge was just recycled greek knowledge and when they ran out of stuff to plagarise they couldn't do anything and it stagnated. just like the islamic schools of law at that time decided that they had all the answers to everything so there was no point in asking questions or use reasoning.
