I think you would be better off to take down the paneling and putting up new drywall. Although this will take more time and is more work 1- it will look completed and 2nd, you're talking about a basement, which is mostly below grade. I don't know if you put the paneling up to begin with, but in my experience, paneling is usually a great way to hide things. At least this way, you can see what is going on behind the paneling and address anything that needs to be fixed.

My dog was attacked by a bull mastiff tonight and literally his leg was ripped off..?

The neighbor's mastiff charges the fence, so the neighbor put a brick down but tonight it pulled down a piece of fence, grabbed my dog's leg and tried to pull it through. My dogs leg was mangled and the vet will have to amputate. I've lived on my own before. I did reasonably well. I got my bills paid, I went to the doctors, made food for myself, went to school, and did well in cles I took. I and many o others were proud of me. Because in spite of what ppl thought of me, I did manage on my own, even if not totally efficient. I've never done much around the house, so mom and dad didn't' think I could make it on my own. But they did let me stay in an isted living facility for six years. I did pretty well. Employer claims to have sent W-2, have my address and I have received nothing?

I have contacted my former employer numerous times, and they said they mailed out my W-2 to my correct address, but it has been two weeks and I have nothing in the mail. I contacted them again, and they said they do not have a W-2 they kept on file, so they cannot resend me one. I thought legally employers had to keep one on file for four years. I am going to be contacting the IRS in regards to this, but from what I have been reading if they claimed to have mailed it, it very well may be they do not have to send another one. I am still going to file a complaint, but unfortunately I do not have a last pay stub, I have one in the middle of my employment time here. My question is can they get in trouble for not having it on file because I thought they had to keep it for quarterly reviews? They said they have to pay for extra copies of it, but I am wondering why they do not have one on file there, also the owner of the buisness owes hundreds of thousands of dollars to the IRS, that he has not payed and they have contacted him numerous times without success. Shouldn't the teachings of the O.T. be conveyed as the old ways, and not the basis for any true Christian's beliefs or perceptions (both spiritual and social)?

Have you seen the Almay eyeshadow trios? those are nice and can give you an idea of good colors to wear normally. i think on special occasions you should stray from those same color palettes because that would be pretty boring. For techniques, i like the small winged black eyeliner and a bit of light, white shadow on the inner corners of your eyelids. then for the colors if you have three shades of shadows or less put the darkest one the crease of your eyelid and the lighter shadow blending it out.

First of all it is spelled Houston and there is definitely no winter weather! So you win in that department. But it is extremely hot. The difference between heat other places and the heat in Houston and New Orleans is the humidity. The air is so think with moisture that it can get hard to breathe. You definitely will experience the hurricanes if you move to New Orleans, however, it is an AMAZING city. Your average rent for a 1 bdrm in Houston will probably be in the 700s. Another thing is the people are SO friendly. There is definitely public transportation, but not as easily accessible as in NYC. But maybe with what you save on rent by living in Houston, you could get a cheap used car. Just make sure it has a working air conditioner! I don't know what the job market is like for a veterinarian, but you should probably have some interviews or a job lined up before you go. Get a Houston mailbox and put the Houston address on your resume when you send it out, that way they will be more likely to call you for an interview. They will probably not call you with a NY address.

Un-mix it hahaha . I bowl pace and started getting injuries in my mid 20's due to my action so I slowed things down and changed my action so I was more side on. I bowled medium pace all season with this very side on action and it sunk in. The next season I went back to full pace and felt great and bowled more overs. Im not sure what type of action you have but slowing your pace down while changing your action is helpful.

Well, ever since elementary schol math was my best subject and came very easily for me. So I easily got very good grades and usually got A's. Because of that I am one math ahead (I'm in 7th grade a taking 8th grade math and last year I was in 6th grade and took 7th grade math. NCO Finance 99 - credit history issue?

Nationwide insurance company mistakenly reported to NCO finance 99 agency that I need to pay $71 and NCO reported back to credit agencies and my credit score got affected. I talked to Nationwide and straigtened the issue and the mistake is Nationwide side. Nationwide is going to provide me a letter that I can use to dispute with credit agencies to remove bad history. Since this is nationwide mistake, can I ask them (Nationwide) any compensation for this issue? I have only been on birth control for the past month. I know that it is not 100% effective, but it is also 99% effective. I am on YASMIN I took my first full month last month. I am on my 2nd week of the 2nd pack. I had about the middle of the ineffective pills when you are suppost to get your period. I only had brown discharge instead of a period, but I started a few days later. I was off my period by about the 5th of JUNE. I had unprotected the 8th of JUNE. This week I have been sick all day like with my first daughter. I have not been able to eat or even look at food. I am so tired and my legs are cramping contantly. I took a pregnancy test Sunday and it was negative. I actually have taken my pills correctly, not missed one either month. How possible is it that I could be pregnant?

Well I got both. First of all the psp can play ps1 games with an emulator but it complicated have to illegally download the software and then add games and so forth. It complicated. Anyways the ps3 would be your best bet I use my psp about 2 hours a month and that because i use it to listen to music while at work. Anyways the ps3 has alot of features and it worth every dollar. The psp is great as a handheld but everything a psp can do the ps3 does it better. You can add music pictures and saves movies to your ps3. The psp is alright but i would highly suggest you get a psp.....

Every home buider should have an employee whose sole job it is to fix complaints in new housing-ie;deal with you and keep track of things and contact the subs to fix the problem. Call the super on your direct home site-they should send the person to you. If it is damaged or not done correctly or not what you ordered-it should be fixed on their time and money. I've worked with the industry in So CA for 35 yrs and thsats how it is here. Sometimes you can call the sub direct too and you get faster appointments, and/or results. If its a change of heart for you on colors etc-do call the sub and see if you can pay them across the board to come in and correct it. You should have been given a notebook with all this info when you move in. Also have a walk-thru with the rep from your builder to sign off before you do move in. Good luck.

Ever since i bought this house the Asian neighbours living on one side of me have been constantly slamming doors, stomping and screaming at all hours of the day. It is pretty blatant that this is being done deliberately as after returning home after shopping or something it is silent until they realise that you are in there when it all starts again. We have also tried to talk to the police about the racial abuse we have had from them from day one, but the police refused to take a statement from me or even take a note that i had even made a complaint. Why does our dog seem to get angry, or at least excited, after making his evening deposit?

We've trained our shih tzu to go to the bathroom on newspapers in a litter box (believe it or not) when he's inside the house. Each night like clockwork, we'll hear him walking on the papers and we know he's going, and 30 seconds later he'll be suddenly growling and running around the house like a mad man (same reaction after a bath, but I think alot of dogs act like that after a bath). If you get in his way, he wants to fight. He's always done this and we refer to it as his "poop run." I originally thought it was a medical issue and was worried he might be in pain or something when he went, but he doesn't react this way when he poops outside, or even when he goes inside at earlier times in the day. Just at night. I'm clueless here. Does anyone have some insight they'd like to share? Thanks in advance!

Overall, I think its really good and it reminds me of a similar poem that I have written.... the 2 and 4th in the first stanza don't have the same beat as the others, but it works. When you used the word "thy" in the second stanza, it didn't quite fit in with the poem. You may want to change it to "your" or a different word that can replace it. Eye for an eye doesn't work, just keeps the feuds going. A person who harms a child intentionally should simply be eliminated. Cheap and easy. There has been no proof that those type of people can be rehabilitated anyways. By accident, that's a whole different ball game. And whatever the cirstances were, should dictate the punishment. The less serious things we should be able to act like adults and use as teaching opportunity's. The only issue with that seems to be everyones definition of adult and what should be taught.

Mysterious hair loss?

For about a month now, my hair has been falling out drastically. It started falling out when school started. I seriously don't know why, and it's starting to really scare me. I lose about 100 or more strands of hair shower and about 50-100 more throughout the day. I don't have any signs of illness or unhealthiness. I've never had this problem ever throughout my life. And to add to the problem, my hair is already thin. So I'm more than petrified to start balding......and that would really suck 'cause I'm a girl and well, girl's don't usually have bald heads. What's wrong with me? :(. Oh, and maybe I should add that my period is 2 months late.

Can a tenant take dog items from my room even though there is a no pet policy when he hasnt seen a dog.?

Just drafted my fantasy baseball team! How'd I do?

I think this is a good team, but could use some outfield help. Your best outfielders is Cruz, with McLouth a little bit behind. But the others aren't really anyone to rely on completely. Gutierrez is a great backup outfielder, but starting him is a little risky, considering he hasn't shown consistency in seasons. Reimold has shown promise, but I don't know if he'll execute this season. Heyward can do anything this year, and Rasmus isn't much of an offensive threat. I think you should try to see if there's an outfielder available. As for your pitchers, they're really good. Even your worst pitcher, Blanton, can be extremely consistent. I don't think going after Strasburg will help, but do try to get another outfielder. I think this is a 7/10 team.

Changing lanes once you have stopped isn't the best way to do it you should have just waited. Once you decided to change you should have completed the manoeuvre. If you were in the unbroken lines section of the lights you can not change lanes.

Maybe your problem is as simple as pedal "Chain order" meaning the sequence in which the pedals are hooked together. General rule of thumb here is: Guitar > volume pedal > multi-effects pedal > amp. There are a few "Variables" involved for sound tailoring , but the basic idea is that the volume pedal is first in line to control the signal of the guitar output. If you run a VP after the effects unit , you're just controlling the dynamic level of the whole mess before it, which is guitar signal PLUS the multi-effects unit , meaning you are only lowering the volume not the overall dynamics. There's so much other criteria as well , such as if you're using and amps gain / distortion functions , and the use of effects loops (if you have one) and a lot of it falls under individual tastes , but there are some easy general rules for a basic "Good Sound".

When do i start giving my 6 mth old table food?

My little girl is 7 months old and has been eating table food for well over a month. She has 7 teeth but prior to that she still ate table food just fine. Start with things like canned veggies (green beans, carrots, sweet potatoes...) they are soft and you can give him small pieces of them. Fruits like peaches, cantaloupe, honeydew, pears and such are also easy to cut into little pieces for her to mash easily. Slices of plain toast are always a favorite, and once he masters things like that you can move on to small bites of pasta and shredded chicken and such. It's so much fun when they start eating table foods...but watch out he'll want EVERYTHING you eat LOL!
