Trying to make a dish- pasta with sour cream?

I'm trying to use whatever I have left at home to whip up a decent meal. I don't have much ingredients and I was wondering if I can make pasta with the few ingredients I have... or any other meal. Ingredients available: pasta, sour cream, er, parmasan cheese, soy sauce, some american cheddar, pickles... that's about it! thanks in advance.
