Who is more of a 90s kid? Someone born in 1986 or someone born in 1995?

I say the 1986er is more of a 90's kid. I was born in 1986 and I am a true 90s kid. I have memories of the early, mid, and late 90s. I remember VHS, walkmans, and cette tapes. I remember the old MACs. I remember life before the internet and using books as my primary sources. I remember getting the internet at 11 and how you couldn't use the phone and internet at once. I remember life when my family didn't have cell phones. I remember mercury thermometers. I remember shows like Clarissa Explains it All, Doug, and Double Dare. Just because they have some memories of the 90s doesn't make them 90s kids. I have memories of Gumby, Teddy Rupskin, Care Bears, Pee-Wee's playhouse, and Inspector Gadget. It doesn't make me an 80's kid.
