LDS RMs: Did any of you serve in the El Salvador San Salvador East or West/Belize Mission?

If so, could I just ask you a few questions? My boyfriend is in the West/ Belize mission. He has been there for about 2 weeks and we haven't heard from him yet. Would you mind if I just sent you a message? I'm wondering about the postal system and living conditions. Thank you! :)
