Should weed be legal? Tell me your opinion?

I was reading in my US history textbook (for fun so far I read every chapter that we went over and some that we didn't, yes I'm a nerd) and I read about the 21th amendment that repeal the 18th amendment. FDR did this so they could tax the alcohol to increase revenues. In the time we are in now I have to say that this isn't a bad idea. It happen with Indian gambling, tobacco (which is a drug no matter how much someone may denied it) and alcohol. This would be great AS long as it is relegated. Which they want to sell it to people over 21. Please tell me what do you think.
