PLEASE HELP ON WRITTING AN ADDRESS FROM ECUADOR?

My In-Laws recently moved to ecuador and now my husband wants to send them photos of the family however according to his stepmom she says we have to incorporate their phone # on to the address. I'm puzzled because there's no zip code. Can someone tell me if this is correct?
